United Great Sun (UGS) group of companies was founded in 2005, headquartered in Singapore with its global offices in Dubai, India and USA. We provide Engineering services focusing on structural fabrication, module fabrication, piping systems, mechanical equipment installation, and electrical termination & commissioning with all type of materials. We provide everything from project initiation to project execution in the above mention areas.

Core Practice Areas
Structural Fabrication
We carry out the heavy steel fabrication as ship's hull fabrication and ship's structure fabrication and ship's tank compartments fabrication. We also carry out light steel work as outfitting fabrication. For example of equipment foundation fabrication, hand rail, staircase, cage ladder and hatch coaming.
Module Fabrication
The module is included of the structure like girder of the platform, walkway with platform, equipment foundation hand rail, cage ladder, piping works and also pipe supports.
Piping Systems
Piping system work included of fabrication, restoration and installation works for all types of pipes materials and systems onboard the vessel or oil rig. The piping works including piping fabrication for FPSO turrets.
Mechanical Installation and overhauling
New equipment's installation and alignment, example installation of ship's winches, ship's cargo pump, sea water pump, emergency fire pump and etc. Overhauling for the existing Ship's main engine, main or aux. generator. Valve dismantling for servicing, pressure testing and overhauling.
Electrical Termination and commissioning
Layout power cables and signal cables. Carry out the termination and testing of cables. Installation of automation panel and connectivity. Commissioning of the automation system with supplier or vendor.
